Align Technology, Danaher unit settle patent suit.
Align Technology Inc (ALGN.O) and Danaher Corp's (DHR.N) Ormco unit settled a patent litigation, whereby Align will pay $13 million in cash and 7.6 million shares, and jointly develop and market an orthodontic product, the companies said.
