Panel: NASA won't return to moon anytime soon.
WASHINGTON -- When President Barack Obama named a panel to review NASA's manned space program, his aides said privately they were hoping the group would recommend scrapping NASA's Ares I rocket program and finding a cheaper way to get humans back to the moon.
